MySitter. Terms and Conditions

By using this app, you agree to the terms and conditions described below. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use MySitter.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the MySitter application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MySitter is a platform that connects parents looking for babysitting services with babysitters looking for work. MySitter acts only as an intermediary platform and does not directly employ or control babysitters or parents.

3. User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your profile
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use this App
Babysitters are responsible for their own behavior, reliability, and qualifications
Parents are responsible for supervising interactions and making their own judgment about who they trust with their children

4. Limitation of Liability — Read Carefully

MySitter is NOT responsible for any damage, injury, theft, bad behavior, or any other issues caused by a babysitter or any other user of the platform.

MySitter serves only as a connecting platform between independent users. We do not:

Employ, supervise, or control babysitters
Conduct background checks on users
Guarantee the quality, safety, or reliability of any user
Take responsibility for any incidents that occur during babysitting services

If any bad thing happens during a babysitting session arranged through MySitter — including but not limited to property damage, theft, emotional distress, physical injury, or any other harm — MySitter will not accept any responsibility or liability for such incidents.

5. No Warranty

MySitter is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
Profiles are accurate, complete, or trustworthy
Using the service will result in safe or satisfactory outcomes

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Provide false information on your profile
Harm, harass, or discriminate against other users
Use the App for any illegal purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts

7. Payment Terms

Payment for babysitting services is arranged directly between the parent and babysitter
MySitter does not handle payments between users
Any payment disputes are solely between the users involved

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or MySitter.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Israel.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
